  1. General Provisions
    1. This document (hereinafter: Privacy Policy) describes the principles of using the website of Jaxon spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością having its registered office in Skórzewo which is available at www.jaxon.pl (hereinafter: Our Website).
    2. The following entity is responsible for Our Website and the obligations connected thereto, including those connected with personal data controlling: Jaxon spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością having its registered office in Skórzewo, address: ul. Malwowa 160, 60-185 Skórzewo, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000469021, Tax ID 7773232549 (hereinafter: the Company).
    3. It is the purpose of Our Website to present information about the Company, its activity and products offered by it, however it is not to be used for conclusion of any kind of transactions.
  2. Personal data processing
    1. The Content of Our Website is available to the general public and the use of Our Website by any person (hereinafter: the User) does not require any data indentifying the User, including personal data within the meaning of applicable regulations of the law.
    2. For the purposes of facilitating communication with the Company, a User who wishes to contact the Company can use the form which is available on Our Website. Use of such a form of communication requires the User to provide personal data as specified therein, however provision of such data is voluntary.
    3. The personal data referred to in point 2 above is processed by the Company according to applicable regulations of the law in the scope necessary to communicate back to the User and if business relations are started with the User, also in the scope necessary for communication between the Company and the User in connection with such relations. Moreover, the personal data referred to in point 2 above can be processed by the Company for statistical, analytical and marketing purposes.
    4. The legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data is provided by Article 6 item 1 letter a) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (O.J. of the EU no. 119, page 1) – hereinafter: the Regulation.
    5. The Company ensures safety of the personal data referred to in point 2 through the use of available technical and organizational measures for prevention of its illegal possessing. In particular, the Company makes sure that the personal data is: (i) processed in accordance with the law and the purposes for which it was provided, (ii) stored safely and no longer than necessary and (iii) not transferred without proper protection.
    6. In cases specified in applicable regulations of the law, the Company might be obliged to disclose selected information about the User to competent public authorities or other authorized bodies.
  3. Receipt of sales information from JAXON
    1. If the User consents to receive marketing information from the Company, including sales information by email, their personal data will be processed also for the purposes of sending information about our offering and marketing campaigns.
    2. The information referred to in point 1 can be sent on paper or electronically (to the electronic mail address specified by the User).
    3. The provisions of Chapter IV of the Privacy Policy shall apply accordingly to the User’s consent to receive the information referred to in point 1 above from the Company.
  4. Rights of the User in connection with data processing:
    1. The User has the right to demand the following from the controller:
      1. access to their personal data,
      2. rectification of their personal data,
      3. erasure or restriction of their personal data processing,
      4. transfer of their personal data to another controller.
    2. Withdrawal of consent to the user’s personal data processing. If the user’s personal data is processed on the basis of their consent, the user has the right to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal of consent is possible at any time and does not affect legality of the user’s data processing carried out on the basis of their consent before its withdrawal. The user’s statement on withdrawal of consent can be sent to the controller to the mailing address specified in point 1.2 or the following email address: rodo@jaxon.pl
    3. Right to object

    4. Complaint
      Regardless of the aforementioned rights, the user has the right to complain with a supervisory body if, in their opinion, their personal data processing breaches the provisions of the Regulation (the competent supervisory body: President of the Personal Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
